2009: Goals for dance4life Kenya
2009 will be a busy year as dance4life Kenya continues to grow and expand.
First on the agenda is the recruitment of 75 more schools and targeting to reach 8000 young people with dance4life activities.
Act4life component will be strengthened with a clear framework that gives the AoCs an opportunity to make a difference.
dance4life Kenya will also strengthen existing and create new partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders working with young people in the area of Adolescence Sexuality, Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) and HIV/AIDS.
We will also seek partnerships with the private sector, individuals and corporate bodies with the aim of seeking and mobilizing resources - financial and human.
As we roll out our campaign4ife, we hope to work together with various media houses to give dance4life visibility and reach out to the wider public.
dance4life Kenya will work with popular young musicians, celebrities (sportsmen/women, radio & TV personalities, DJs), and other influential personalities as goodwill ambasodors and youth advocates.
