A young person living positively sharing her life experiences with the AOCs at the dance4life event. She urged the young people to shun the stigmatization of those living positively and instead support them.
The climax to schools4life is the dance4life event held every two years on the last Saturday before World AIDS Day. Only agents of change (those who have participated in at least two of the first three schools4life activities)are invited.
On 29 November 2008, the dance4life event was held at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi. Connected live via satelite to 18 other countries worldwide, it was a celebration of the successes that all the young people involved in dance4Life had achieved.
While the ever-popular Homeboyz DJs took to the decks, top artistes Wyre and M.O.G wowed the audience. But the agents of change were the show stoppers; surprising everyone with their moves and messages.
United by one cause and connected live via satellite, 55000 agents of change danced together 4life. They danced to inspire the world to support them and they danced to remind the world leaders of the promises they made regarding the Millennium Development Goals.
